Brief description:
On 16.06.2016, a person wrote the following post on the social network "Facebook":
"I can think of a lot of words... that's a damn exaggeration... and as if that wasn't enough, people who don't know the Polish language speak! If I had a gun, I'd shoot you Germanized sluts... Thank you, good night."
On 28.06.2016, SKGD informed the Public Prosecutor's Office about the abovementioned case. As a result, SKGD received an investigation notice for public incitement to hatred. On 1.06.2017, SKGD was summoned as a witness to the court hearing.
Various media covered the case. The organisation also released a statement on the case and filed a complaint with the District Prosecutor's Office. However, the investigations were discontinued because the act was found not to constitute a criminal offence.
