Brief description:

In a speech in the Parliament, Mr Garriga compared today's Catalunya "with Nazi Germany". Such comparisons, however, are not an isolated incident. The malicious comparison between Catalans and nazis has been used to defame as an orchestrated campaign. The links below will allow the reader to access different news and opinion articles making comparisons like:

"Catalan separatists are a horde of "fascists, Nazis and Ku-Klus-Kan with barretina";

"The Gestapo of language "The supremacism that hides behind so much parapolice linguistic norm is worrying";

"The facts prove me right: the separatists are Nazis. To call them anti-fascists is an insult to the memory of those who were so."
