2.COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
FUEN is aware of its great responsibility in the processing of personal data and therefore undertakes to fully comply with data protection rights as part of its social responsibility. Protecting the personal rights and privacy of every individual is FUEN’s top priority when handling personal data.
Personal data transmitted to FUEN electronically, e.g. name, postal address, e-mail address or other personal data, will only be used by FUEN for the purpose stated in each case, will be kept secure and will not be passed on to third parties.
Registration for the annual FUEN Congress takes place on a specially created website (congress2018@fuen.org). The personal data requested by the registration will only be passed on to the respective accommodation for the purpose of carrying out the registration. We refer to the data protection information of the respective place of accommodation.
3. LEGAL BASES FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
Legality (legal basis) for the processing of your data results from your consent (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)) or for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Your data will be stored by us for the duration of the validity of your consent or until the fulfilment of its purpose. Subsequently, this data will be deleted if there are no other legal obligations for further storage of the data.
Your data will not be used by us for automated decision making or profiling.
