Brief description:
On 11.08.2016, a post on the social network "Facebook" was commented on as follows:
"Hey! Are you the bastard who spits on his fatherland Poland? You have to be the careerist, right? With the Polish name Bartek, you're a fucking traitor, not a Szwab. So fuck you, you asshole!"
And also wrote in private messages:
"You pathetic wanker, soon we'll settle scores!"
A few days later, SKGD wrote a complaint to the District Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of a crime against Rafał Bartek, to whom the messages were sent. On 4.10.2016, SKGD received information about the start of the investigation.
